map

i bought a simple outdated map at a bookstore near to the office. i have seen maps being used as decoration numerous times. saya sangat lah bekenan. furthermore it is a big piece but doesn't always have to be expensive unlike a big piece of paintings or pictures.

this entry by apartment therapy's ohhdeedoh gives a sense of encouragement. i tried to hang the map i bought, however it looked like a pathetic attempt. keep dreaming to buy chair rail to surround the map to give a presentation of a frame.

tengok map ni macam di gantung begitu saja tapi it doesn't look awkward.

if you go tru all the pictures, others might look a bit flashy and glam but not these two. makes me wonder why the one i hang doesn't look as good. their camera perhaps?
