rock sugar (eh betul ke?) for RM 1.50
Total RM14 produced approximately 3 liters

instead of buying 3 liters season's longan
(RM 11.90 for 10 cans of 300ml)

Mana lagi jimat? ntah la. sebab RM 14 tak kira duit gas, air dan labour. Tapi RM14 dapat buah skali. nora kate kalau potong tengah kurma tu dapat air yang lebih manis. Harus cuba menjadi lebih rajin dan memotong buah itu sebelum rebus.

3. susu kambing.

brand nubian. during my pregnancy i tried to consume goat's milk but failed. tak lalu je tekak minum. tapi semalam minum ok ja. rasa susu tepung je. probably because i bought chocolate flavour. i bought this bottle at RM5 at Jaya Grocer while the one i tried previously i bought at the night market also cost me RM5.

adakah cubaan berjaya? entah la. saya pun tak pasti. sebab hasil tidak bertambah tapi alhamdulillah tidak pula semakin berkurangan. still maintain at the reduced amount. but without hassle atau usaha berhempas pulas untuk dapat 20oz. insya allah confirm dapat. kalau tak kene gigih lebih sket untuk reach target.

lagi pun based on my 'extensive' reading, the milk produced will drop when the baby starts eating solids. further it produced only the required amount, not less or more. the body finally established the demand and only produced the necessary supply (semua ayat sedapkan hati walaupun green eye terjuling with nv tengok gambar susu orang lain melimpah ruah sampai expired).
