Entry ini dibuat khas untuk bazlina sempena ulang tahun kelahirannya pada 18 november lalu. Welcome to the quarter century old club.

She is a dear friend whom i have known since my secondary school. However we only became closer after we finished our pre uni – matriculation. We shared many of our life journeys together due to our common background.

Antara latar belakang yang sama tersebut adalah:

• The fact we both are not very close to our parents, so she was sort of each other's peer pressure
• We both are among the few who are still in Malaysia from a group of our close friends
• We need financial assistance to complete our education apart from FAMA and PTPTN which only enough to cover the basics, hence we were once a colleague

Definitely we are both a two completely different person and being an assuntarian instead of a sri amanian, we embrace each other’s differences than trying to be who you should be (i did not said this, this was from shazri). Take the picture for example. she is a fan and i read the fiction because she influenced it. While as for me, i am an occasional slogan contester, so now bazlina is more aware when there is any slogan contest.

I finally felt we are in a different path in life when i did not joined her trip to United Kingdom (T_T). She was in England on her 25th birthday while i am married with a child (among the crazy things you would do when you fell in love).

Probably it would not be too much to declare i did somehow influenced her to travel. As much as i did not able to go with her to the UK trip and many more trips in future (i am sooo sure of this – traveling is an addiction), i am happy i was part of the reason behind her travelhollic. Even though we would probably would not travel together anymore in the very near future and as for me, i might not be able to travel as much as i would love to.

But then again we had plenty trips together. perhentian 2007, sabah 2008, penang 2009, Jakarta/bandung 2009 and Singapore 2009 plus few more trips in between.

I wrote this entry partly because i missed traveling and i am jealous that i could not joined her. Further, she works in mid valley and currently its Year End Sale. The fact she is currently still in the Europe, I could not simply sms/chat/email/call to give her a shopping lists. Bazlina balik la cepat. gue ada shopping list baru for the Y.E.S. ni (read - i already miss her and benefits that comes from having a good friend)

p/s: shazri ring earlier to inquire whether i owned a citibank airasia card. he wants to make a transit in the Europe for his US trip. seorang lagi rakan yang terlibat dalam kancah pengembaraan disebabkan saya. damn.
